Update: I have taken a temporary position with the Senate and will be closing Street Wheat until the end of the legislative session. It takes 30+ hours to prepare croissants each week at the current volume and unfortunately I am unable to do both. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I figure out what's next for Street Wheat.
Join us Sundays from 9AM to 11AM on the porch for fresh baked croissants, we typically have Plain, Chocolate, Almond, and a unique special. We use local ingredients wherever possible and are proud to say that our spend is always at least 80% local.
